A technical organization must have a good relationship between all related, levels and activities of the elements, including material, human and financial.
The performance of the organization or project will depend on the organizational design. Generally, the heart of organizational design is its structure. For that reason, the design of something should support its purpose or goal; all things must serve a particular purpose.
For example, the purpose of a chair is to support a seated human, so it is designed that way. Although organizations or projects tend to be complex systems and not static objects, the same principles apply.
Good organizational design makes the structure designed in a way that well serves its particular purpose. All its parts or functions must be of the correct type and must be placed in the correct location so that the whole system can function perfectly.
What gives an organization its shape and controls how it operates are three things: the functions it performs, the location of each function, and the authority of each function within its domain.
Bases of a technical organization
The functions of an organization are the main areas or activities in which it must participate to achieve its strategy (for example, sales, customer service, advertising, administration, finance, HR, legal department, etc.).
The location of each function refers to where it is located in the organizational structure and how it interacts with the other functions. The authority of a function refers to its ability to make decisions within its domain and to carry out activities without unnecessary intervention.
Good technical organization will make it clear what each role is and what each person is responsible for. Additionally, its design should support current strategy and allow the organization to adapt over time to changing conditions or specific needs.
Once the main functions that need to be performed to support the strategy and what each member will do have been outlined, the structure should act as a blueprint for the organizational map indicating individual roles.
Each individual in the organization should have a primary role and depending on the business, some secondary roles.

He is responsible for the formulation and fulfillment of the IAEA's development mandate. The agency's technical cooperation with member states seeks to promote socioeconomic impacts and support the use of nuclear science and technology to improve sustainable development priorities.
- OLPC Afghanistan technical operations structure
All its technical operations can be divided into four sections:
Deployment Equipment Section: The responsibility of this section is to deploy OLPC laptops to schools with all related logistics and actions.
Technical Coaches Section: Technical Coaches are responsible for the education of the teachers and also at the beginning of the project by the technical operations team.
User Service Team Section: User Service Teams provide support for teachers and schools on OLPC laptops; This includes problems, creating documents, and developing new activities or programs.
This team will cooperate closely with the Ministry of Education in the development of new content and new activities for OLPC that have already been deployed and where the Ministry will provide curricular specifications and the team of user services and content developers will create the programming part.
