Ukraine: Paris awards the title of "honorary citizen" to Kyiv
The mayor of Paris makes Kyiv an "honorary citizen", expressing France's friendship and support for Ukraine.
The city of Paris has taken the unusual step of awarding the title of "honorary citizen" to Kiev, announced today, Tuesday (22/03) the mayor An Indalgo.
"With this award given to a city for the first time, Paris reaffirms its friendship and support for the Ukrainian capital , which is currently fighting for its freedom ," Indalgo said.
