The two young men managed to escape from the fire as they came out of the window of the apartment on the 4th floor of an apartment building and then "slipped" through a pipe and reached the ground safely.
They were then taken to hospital, where they had suffered burns and inhaled smoke.
The cause of the fire is being investigated by the authorities. According to the BBC, a man lost his life.
