Video: Driver "sacrifices" his car to save a woman who was unconscious at the wheel
The driver essentially "sacrificed" his car to save the unconscious driver. "He was behind the wheel like a doll."
A courageous move, which proves that there are still ... people, made a guide in the city of Nunspeet in the Netherlands .
The driver, while driving on a highway, spotted a woman who was unconscious behind the wheel and followed her.
Then, she decided to go ahead with his vehicle in front, in order to interrupt the course of her own car.
"I saw that the guardrail did not stop the car either, so I had to do something. The speed was between forty and fifty kilometers per hour. I dared to do what I did to avoid the worst. The car had to stop. "She was hanging over the steering wheel, clearly unconscious."
When the vehicle returned to its course, it stopped on its own - since he essentially "sacrificed" it - and immediately the driver ran to help her.
The woman was immediately taken to hospital for first aid, where it was found that she had broken five ribs.
The video that saw the light of day was recorded by another driver who was following on the highway.
